Responsible to Director of Marketing
Job Purpose
To oversee the company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies across different social media platforms in order to inform the public of our business and draw them into our company.
Responsibilities
1. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
2. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, news, and videos).
3. Work with other marketing managers to track SEO and web traffic metrics.
4. Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
5. Collaborate with other social media influencers that are relevant to our region in order to promote our business.
6. Oversee social media account design. Create a layout that draws people in and is consistent, create pages to function fully and present a professional look for customers.
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
8. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Skills and Qualifications
1. High school Diploma or GED
2. Must be well organized
3. Creative
4. Great customer service skills
5. Critical thinking knowledge
6. Deadline oriented
7. Problem solving skills
8. Experience in content management
9. Ability to measure success of campaigns
