* Establish rapport with customers and understand their needs.
* Efficiently plan and execute daily selling activities, including prospecting and cold calling to secure new business.
* Create and deliver personalised sales presentations to address individual customer needs.
* Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs through discussions and evaluating alternative options.
* Arrange and conduct product demonstrations in line with customer requirements.
* Negotiate sales prices and finance arrangements, ensuring adherence to company policy.
* Draft proposals when necessary to secure agreement on suggested solutions.
* Manage all necessary administrative tasks, update customer records, and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing contact.
* Monitor your own performance against sales and customer retention targets, working with the General Manager to review progress and develop action plans when necessary.
* Work seamlessly with colleagues and other teams within the centre to provide top-notch service to customers.
