If you enjoy working flexibly and supporting students' learning while their class teachers are given time for planning, preparation, and assessment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups, covering for teachers during their PPA time. Follow and implement lesson plans provided, ensuring continuity and progression in students' learning. Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different classes, from Early Years to Key Stage 2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively and promoting a love for learning. Support the well-being and development of students during lessons, ensuring their educational experience is engaging and productive. Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with curriculum goals. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across different year groups, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching.
