Export Customer Service Support
Monday – Friday
9am-5pm
Salary: £30K per annum
Pertemps are recruiting for an export customer service support for a global manufacturer established in 1972. Your main responsibility will be handling and recording of orders and international shipments.
Responsibilities:
1. Order processing, sending of PO confirmation, communication, and proposal of alternative items.
2. Organise and follow up of international shipments.
3. Delivery lead time, support to fill data in customer files.
4. Proactively manage international business linked queries from around the world.
5. Interaction with warehouse – effective communication of order requirements.
6. Coordinating with customers and logistics to provide coat-effective and timely dispatch of shipments.
7. Ensure compliance of order with distributor agreements.
8. Issue shipping documentation.
9. Issue customer credits.
10. ERP system maintenance.
11. Quality complaints follow up.
12. Archiving of customer service documentation for audits purpose.
13. Support to sales team on various requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
14. Meticulous and detail orientated.
15. Good understanding of IT systems, Excellent user skills.
16. Empathetic, patient, and clear communication skills.
17. Accountable and takes responsibility.
18. Customer service experience from the MD industry.
19. English proficiency.
20. Knowledge of international trade.
21. High level of international customer service.
