We are recruiting for multiple Production Operatives for a client based in Northampton. You will be joining our client on a Temp to Perm basis receiving full training. This is a role working for a company that offers long-term work and a stable job.
Location: Northampton NN3 Moulton Park
Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Pay Rate: £12.39 per hour
Duties:
1. Lifting of items onto production lines
2. Moving goods around the factory
3. Operating industrial machinery
4. Manually putting parts together
5. Quality checking items
6. Working closely with various teams
The ideal candidate must:
1. Have excellent attendance
2. Want to work long term
3. Be able to lift items up to 10kg
4. Be able to regularly commute to work each day
5. Have proven work experience in production
6. Show a positive & friendly attitude to work
7. Be happy to work with machinery
