The Company
Our client has grown to be one of the UK’s largest suppliers of Structural Steel construction products and Structural Steel -rebar into the Civil, Groundwork and Construction industry. This growth has seen the company turnover increase and their ability to service clients far beyond their expectations. With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to expand their operations in the Whitham area by recruiting this role.
The Role
This is a fundamental role in the company’s business strategy and requires an individual of a strong construction customer interaction, sales, account management or customers service background. This is an internal Account Management role operating all over the Southern area, you will be responsible for customers when they call the branch with enquiries for the supply of structural steel, rebar or mesh putting together the lists of products they require.
This is a reactive role requiring very little new business, managing existing long-standing accounts, building strong business relationships and making sure that our clients customers feel well looked after and valued.
The application of these products are heavily biased towards, large construction Contractors, Civil Engineering Contractors but also to House Builders, Developers, Ground Works Contractors and Structural Engineering Projects.
