If so, look no further… A strategic and influential position has arisen for a Head of Health and Safety to join Electric Thermal Solutions (ETS), within the globally recognized FTSE 100 Spirax Group. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, with a dotted line to both the ETS President and Group Health & Safety Director, this role will help shape ETS's approach to safety across their four brands (Chromalox, Thermocoax, Durex and Vulcanic) in their 17 supply and 15 sales sites. You will be part of the group health and safety leadership team, working with like minded, best in class operators, working together to shape group health and safety strategy, with executive-level backing ETS prides itself on a low-ego, inclusive culture, ensuring the ability to collaboratively drive best-in-class safety standards The successful Head of Health and Safety will: Bring 10 years of health and safety leadership experience in a high-risk, industrial environment, with a background in machinery safety. Have a proven track record of delivering behavioural and cultural change programmes, resulting in dramatically improved health and safety performance Demonstrate the gravitas to engage and influence at executive level, earning trust across the organisation. Be a collaborative, humble leader with strong initiative and integrity. Hold relevant health and safety qualifications, ideally with or working towards CMIOSH accreditation. In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of: Base salary circa £125,000 - £145,000.
