The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for procuring goods and services to ensure timely delivery, aligned with the production schedule's needs. This role is key to upholding the purchasing policy, including adherence to the contract review process, which must be completed and returned within the assigned 48-hour timeframe.
Purchasing Coordinator Benefits:

Purchasing Coordinator Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain regular contact with suppliers to resolve any problems to meet production requirements.
2. Monitor purchase orders daily to ensure that materials are confirmed, delivered on time, at the agreed price, within agreed specification and comply with the company's quality standards.
