Duties of the Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator:
Coordinating early career recruitment activities
Managing the application process from start to finish
Contributing to the design and execution of assessment centres and interviews
Creating and implementing recruitment strategies
Building relationships with key stakeholders
Outreach to local education settings
Providing advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Administering HR systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc dutiesProfile
A successful Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator should have:
A background in recruitment and assessment centres
Experience in coordinating recruitment activities
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
