About The Role
In the position of Client Engagement Administrator, you'll handle phone and email inquiries, manage client engagement, and ensure precise documentation and data management. You'll efficiently resolve conflicts, escalate complex issues, and coordinate with GPs and other professionals. Proficiency with our online patient management system and Excel will be crucial as you guide patients through their journey and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
Principal duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Providing a knowledgeable and friendly service to our clients.
2. Contacting clients to ensure they are engaged with our processes.
3. Completing detailed and accurate records of every client contact.
4. Liaising with GPs/other services and professionals where relevant via telephone and email.
5. Escalating more complex enquiries calls to the appropriate colleague.
6. Effectively using online patient management system to move patients through their journey with Psicon.
7. Maintaining up to date and detailed knowledge of the whole NDLS service as relevant to area of work.
Person Specification
1. Previous experience in a customer-focused administration role is essential.
2. Experience of using MS Office.
3. Experience in the NHS or similar environment is desirable.
4. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
