They must be passionate about creating a safe environment for individuals to learn, have strong behaviour management skills and be proactive as leadere of the classroom. ECTs are encouraged to apply to stength their experience and develop their leadership skills within the classroom PPA Cover allows individuals to fufil their passion of teaching without having to take on additional responsibilities, giving them the freedom to put their all into well structured and captivating learning. Job role Teaching various classes (Key Stage One/Two) each day. Working 4 days per week. Long-term until the end of the academic year. Reporting pupil progress against targets/action plans. Build relationships with the pupils, parents, and staff. Attend CPD relevant to the role. Show secure subject knowledge to support learning. Follow school policy regarding behaviour management systems. Required skills and experience Valid teaching qualification (QTS). Knowledge of the curriculum expectations. Flexibility/experience working in a number of year groups. A nurturing and caring approach with young people. A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months. Minimum of 2 excellent references required.
