Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor Location: Fenton Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours Salary: £22,308 per annum The role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced world of e-commerce? We're collaborating with our well known client in the search for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join their team as an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor. Main duties: Respond to customer inquiries via email, addressing both pre-sale and post-sale questions Develop strong rapport with customers to assist with inquiries related to trade orders, product availability, stock information, tracking deliveries, and returns Take full responsibility for customer service requests, collaborating with various departments as needed Process customer orders promptly to ensure efficient picking and packing by warehouse staff Identify opportunities to enhance processes that will boost sales, improve brand loyalty, and elevate the overall customer service experience Perform general administrative tasks as required Requirements: Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. A proactive approach to expanding personal knowledge and skills. Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
