We are looking for a Coordinator to support the team working across scripted productions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the Drama and Film industry, a good operational understanding of the post production process, attention to detail, and strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates who have substantial experience in the industry but not specifically in post production might be considered if they can show eagerness to learn and have a proven track record of developing their skills and showing initiative.
The post will initially be hired on fixed-term contract for nine months, and this is an office-based role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Post Production Supervisors and Producers in any way necessary to progress projects through post production whilst regularly maintaining clear and comprehensive communication between internal departments, clients and third-party vendors.
2. Work across multiple drama productions or films under different Post Production Supervisors.
3. Support the Post Production Supervisors in reviewing schedules, budgets, quotes, and workflows as required.
4. Support the Producers with all delivery paperwork and tasks for projects, including clearances, collation of information, engaging third parties for various services such as post scripts etc.
5. Manage communication between the post supervision team and internal management team with regards to scheduling bookings and tracking resources.
6. Coordinate with the Lab/Technical Team to ensure that all jobs booked in are prioritised and managed within the required time frame, flagging any capacity or technical issues to post production supervisors as soon as possible.
7. Set up and attend post production meetings as needed.
8. Handle the secure distribution of review links and set up review sessions when necessary (i.e. grade reviews, mix, etc).
9. Handle the booking and coordination of ADR sessions, including cast travel and accommodation, studio hires, preparing call sheets, and distributing cue sheets.
10. General administrative tasks, including but not limited to booking taxis and couriers, maintaining an organised file system, tracking copies of scripts and keeping them updated, distributing and collecting NDAs, requesting and issuing Purchase Orders, etc.
11. Build and maintain outstanding working relationships with all clients.
12. Take an active role in ensuring the stable growth and positive reputation of the company.
13. Ad hoc support to the Pictures department when needed.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a fast-paced environment overseeing several projects in various points of production.
2. Proven track record of attention to detail, and strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proven track record of working under pressure, with tight deadlines and strict guidelines.
4. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry. Experience in managing post production processes is preferable but candidates with more general industry experience may be considered if other requirements are met.
5. A basic understanding of the principles of HETV drama and film post production including offline editing, colour grading, online, sound, VFX, quality control, and deliverables.
6. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, as well as general IT competency with Mac or Windows operating-systems. Knowledge of Airtable or similar database tracking systems is desirable but not necessary.
7. Excellent numeracy, literacy, and writing skills.
