An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Integration Manager to join one of our clients - a large and very well established main building contractor that speciailise in Industrial, Science and high Technology projects. In this role you will support our clients to deliver large, complex Data Center projects and programmes. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Power Management Systems (EPMS), and all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems across various data centre facilities. Ensure that all systems comply with the clients’ established performance, reliability, and security standards. Supervise the installation and commissioning of the BAS, EPMS, and other HVAC systems, confirming adherence to the specified designs Overseeing the design of the BAS and other HVAC System. This includes Creating, reviewing & changing L2 & L3 test scripts, design documentation, Tech Subs, Panel Drawings, Equipment lists, Data Hall designs, Volumes, Pressures, temperatures, HVAC Equipment, Networks Containment and all other Mechanical and cooling systems which include, Smoke Damper Control Systems, Heat Trace Systems, Leak detection systems, CRAC/H units, ACC/ACU Systems. Overseeing the Installation of the BAS and other HVAC systems. This includes ensuring the correct designed containment model is installed as per design. Ensuring all devices are installed as per approved specifications. Ensuring all cabling and pressure tubbing is installed as per design and tested to the highest level before being accepted. Overseeing the commissioning of the BAS and other HVAC systems. This includes Managing all commissioning vendors, testing all L2 & L3 test scripts, ensuring all test scripts are ran and passed to the highest level before issuing up to the CxA for witnessing. Stakeholder management - Represent and maintain the relationship with the client and liaise with external stakeholders. Be (ultimately) responsible for management of the projects technical infrastructure. Responsible for co-ordination and monitoring of planned execution relating to the EA (Early access) and other critical milestones. Depending on the scope of the project, manage the project through its relevant phases (i.e. design, procurement, construction and handover) ensuring requirements and deliverables are being met. Ensure flow of information between all parties to the contract is effective and timely. Lead or attend key meetings and be prepared to provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Skills and experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role as Integration Manager. Successfully delivered large scale, complex, multidisciplinary construction projects such as Data Center projects for clients. University degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils or closely related field. Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required. Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues. An ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills. Understanding in areas of MEP and/or CSA disciplines. International work experience or working within an international context is an advantage.
