Shifts will vary between the hours of 8am - 6.45pm on weekdays. Saturdays only either 8.45am to 12.45pm or 8.45am to 4.45pm. We are looking for a friendly and personable Client Care Assistant to join our team at the Warren House Group in Kent. If you are a friendly, caring and compassionate person who has excellent communication and administration skills we would like to hear from you. Previous experience of working in a veterinary practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. However, you need to be confident working in a busy, client facing role. The role will include meeting and greeting clients, answering phone calls, booking appointments using a diary management system, general administrative work, and stock control and cleaning of public and clinical areas. At times this is a very emotive environment and you will need to be a calm and supportive presence for our clients.
