Position: HR Administrator Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 Location: Central Reading Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Hybrid Working: One day in the office per week We are delighted to be working with a well-established organisation in central Reading, who are looking to appoint an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, ideally with HR experience. The opportunity As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. You will provide administrative support across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. Key responsibilities Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR. Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and processing offer letters and contracts. Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Manage HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and contracts. Support absence management, tracking sickness and annual leave. Assist with HR reporting, including workforce metrics and compliance data. Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Support training and development initiatives, coordinating sessions and tracking attendance. Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes. Your experience Previous experience as an Administrator, ideally within an HR team. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Good understanding of HR processes and employment law (desirable). Strong IT skills, including proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
