Our fast-growing client is looking to recruit a Project Manager. The role is based in Scotland, and you must be prepared to travel as the head office is in the North-West.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Operations Director, and Commercial Director, the CC3 Project Manager will manage the structure, people, and processes to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project and the company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide input to project improvement initiatives and support existing processes to achieve targets.
2. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Planner, Site Manager, Engineers, SHEQ staff, and site supervisors.
3. Ensure full knowledge and understanding of scope, contract, and tender allowances, adhering to contract administration and processes.
4. Execute the project in line with order/contract terms, specifications, design codes, and HSE regulations.
5. Deliver the project to meet commercial performance expectations by managing resources and external costs to meet budgets.
6. Support the Site Manager with industrial relations matters.
7. Assess risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement control measures to reduce risks.
8. Ensure project teams adhere to company procedures and provide regular reports on project performance.
9. Provide input for accurate monthly forecasts of project costs and sales.
