With a couple of years of post-qualification experience and coming from a broad foundation in the sector, this role would suit a candidate who knows which area they would like to now focus on, without necessarily turning their back on all other functions. You will have the confidence to gain trust with, and inspire clients, maintain good relationships, be self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work within a team as well as independently. The ability to build and maintain long-term relations with clients is essential.

The Role
The opportunity has arisen because of a growing client base and to help take the load off the rest of the team, which has an excellent mix of personalities and experience. With support from the director, you will be able to grow your skillset and career. There is a mix of work available which can be tailored around the candidate but will be focused more on traditional estate management. Working with longstanding clients, there is an immediate body of work for you to pick up with a fully supported handover to ensure your long-term success. With a structured career plan, there is a real opportunity to progress within the company with wider specialisation available if interested.
