Stifford Clays Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with a Year 1 child within our friendly and supportive team. This is a part-time position, and the hours will be Monday to Friday 8.40am to 3:15pm.
The successful applicant will be:
* calm, flexible, professional and caring
* committed to achievement for all
* an effective communicator with pupils and staff
* competent in the use of ICT
* able to contribute to a stimulating, purposeful learning environment
* have experience of working with children with additional needs
Stifford Clays Primary School
We are a community-focused school for 2 to 11 year olds, located centrally in the Stifford Clays ward of Thurrock. The school has grown to accommodate 90 children in each year group and has a resource base provision for children with autism.
