Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program managers, and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Explore channels to connect with target new sellers who are interested in Amazon Global Logistics service;
2. Connect with sellers;
3. Help sellers complete the onboarding process;
4. Assist sellers in starting to ship and grow their business;
5. Provide answers for Frequently Asked Questions on service introduction, onboarding process, etc.
A day in the life:
1. Connect with sellers via e-mail, WeChat & phone calls;
2. Engage with sellers, provide answers for FAQs and guide sellers through the onboarding process;
3. Communicate with sellers to solve their pain points while working with GM;
4. Work out solutions (from available GM product list) to help sellers reduce shipping costs, improve supply chain efficiency, and win their trust;
5. Summarize seller profiles and improve blurbs for target seller pitching.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 1+ years of professional or military experience;
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications;
3. Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies;
4. Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools;
5. Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
