About us:
At Future Care Horizons, we are passionate about transforming the way children are cared for in Yorkshire. Our mission is to create brighter futures for children with complex needs, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disabilities. We believe in changing lives and are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient individuals to join our team. Working with children aged 7-18 in long-term placements, you will have the opportunity to help them achieve meaningful outcomes in a nurturing and structured environment.
We understand that supporting children with complex needs requires patience, creativity, and a deep sense of empathy, which is why we provide full training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)—prior experience is welcomed but not essential. What matters most is a mindset that believes behaviour can be positively shaped and an understanding of what influences it. We are committed to maintaining a high staff-to-child ratio, ensuring both you and the young people you support feel safe and valued.
As we continue to grow, we actively develop our staff into senior roles, offering exciting opportunities for career progression within the company. If you are looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in delivering outstanding care and building a future full of possibilities.
