Responsibilities
Manage and organize office procedures and processes to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for healthcare professionals.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain and update patient records and medical files with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
Support the billing and coding process by ensuring that all documentation is completed.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
