Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance the platform using Laravel, Vue, InertiaJS, and TailwindCSS.
* Convert business needs into clear, developer-ready tasks.
* Lead sprint refinements and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Stay up to date with security and technology best practices to ensure a robust platform.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development with PHP (Laravel), HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
* Strong knowledge of Git, MySQL, and PHP testing frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with Vue, TailwindCSS, and Laravel Vapor/AWS.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
