This role offers a hybrid working setup, with some travel required between locations. You’ll play a key role in generating new business, building client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of various events, including weddings, celebrations, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new event bookings. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections to drive repeat business. Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Area Coverage: Manage event bookings and activities across multiple venues in the North Wales area, with travel as required. Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote venues through targeted campaigns. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales activity and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities for growth. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales, ideally in events, hospitality, or a similar industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
