Role Description: We are seeking a Performance Manager (Marketing) to join our team in the UK. The role will involve working with the marketing team to devise and execute digital marketing campaigns, accountable for devising and executing multi-variant ad tests to drive continuous improvement in ROI. The role will also involve collaborating closely with social media team to monitor campaign response and ensure our brand is represented in the best way to drive trust and advocacy. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing campaign performance in detail to generate usable insight through hypothesis generation and testing, managing and optimising continuously changing digital marketing budgets, analysing sales funnel performance and working with UX, marketing and product development teams to refine and optimise ROI and patient advocacy, forecasting demand generation and creative fatigue in a multichannel environment including ATL and OOH, collaborating with wider clinical and operational team to ensure alignment of supply and demand, and working with wider marketing and PR teams to devise innovative strategies and tactics to expand reach and impact in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 4+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, a strong analytical capability, a good understanding of social media algorithms, with the ability to interpret and optimise performance, familiarity with Google analytics, excellent communication skills, the ability to work at pace with attention to detail, a comfortable style in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, a collaborative working style with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable with healthcare experience a plus.
