LOCATION: Wakefield - hybrid working (2 days/week required in office)

JOB INFORMATION
As a Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Manager, the role will involve working under the Contracts Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will provide oversight on programming, budget control, and health and safety to established site teams. Due to the nature of the role, strong administration skills are also a must.
Project managing multiple mechanical installations to the value of £30k - £1.5m from inception to completion, overseeing up to 3/4 installs at one time for mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems.

2. Risk & Commercial Success
3. Financials
4. Processes
5. HSEQS
6. Stakeholder Management
7. Project Administration
8. Design Management
9. Project Close Out

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
Recognized industry qualifications are required, for example: degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, commercial heating ACS, plumbing and heating City and Guilds.
You should have a qualification of competence of SMSTS and a current CSCS card, ideally equal to competence such as a black card or technical person.
Experience of working within a similar role as a Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager with demonstrable experience of overseeing multiple contracts at any one time is essential.
You must be proficient with MS Office packages including Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills are also required. Trustworthiness and consistency are key attributes.
