As a Data Support Specialist, you’ll work with both O&S and Banner teams, supporting them with Masterdata skills and tools. You’ll act as SME to support training, triage issues, and help improve processes that increase data quality and efficiencies.
What's the job?
* You will be the primary contact for triage of data issues requiring investigation, resolution, and communication.
* Manage access requests for PIM, Vendor Portal, and/or SAP, adhering to security management rules.
* Act as an SME on projects and be an ambassador for data, supporting change within tools or processes.
* Engage with the MDM team to identify challenges and respond to upskilling or learning requirements.
* Champion consistent processes & ways of working across teams in O&S and all Banners, regularly reviewing BAU processes to improve operational efficiency.
* Perform housekeeping and data cleansing within governance and data quality rules.
* Lead by example under the principle of “Right First Time” data management, ensuring data excellence.
What you'll bring
* Primary focus on PIM or SAP with knowledge of all data systems, including workflow.
* Experience in presenting and training small or large groups.
* Proficient in MS Office: Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
