HomeLet is seeking a dedicated Tenant Sales and Retention Executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and be people-focused.

Job Purpose:
To sell insurance directly to customers through outbound and inbound calls, utilizing leads from within HomeLet or Let Alliance to sell policies and retain business, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with customers and resolve issues with our products and services
* Meet or exceed individual and team targets
* Make outbound calls on provided leads
* Retain or generate additional income by renewing policies and preventing cancellations
* Approach each day with enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset
* Use scripts and call guides effectively
* Take ownership of workload and performance
* Stay updated on current offers and savings for customers
* Achieve high standards in quality assessments
* Collaborate with departments to deliver excellent service
* Provide feedback to the Customer Development Team
* Accurately record data in logs, trackers, and databases
* Report issues to the Team Leader or supervisor
* Suggest improvements to current practices
* Prepare for performance reviews and development discussions
* Participate in team meetings
* Perform any other tasks as directed
