What’s the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Health & Safety Team as a Team Administrator. The successful candidate will provide support to the team helping us to deliver our health & safety vision for the business.
What you need to do to be effective in this role
• Provide assistance with submission documentation: bids, project case studies, CVs etc
• Support with the tracking of bids and proposals; ensure all new submission requests are updated onto the tracker
• Support with the bank of statements for answering H&S bid questionnaires
• Collate a H&S fortnightly ‘Round -Up’ and share with the business
• Support the development of marketing collateral for the H&S discipline
• Support the capturing and collating of market intelligence and share with the H&S discipline
• Support with the tracking of key stakeholders including new clients and delivery partners
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on behalf of the H&S team
• Assist in the creation of standardised documentation for the digitisation project
• Provide Team support as required; such as organising meetings, managing room bookings, taking and circulating minutes / actions
• Work closely with the H&S Team Secretary, undertaking any activities that may arise as the discipline grows.
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
Qualifications:
• GCSE English Language at grade 7 or above.
• Experience in providing administrative support an advantage.
• Confidence in meeting and working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Publisher or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Confident in the creation of documents and templates with graphic design elements.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in English language.
