About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Operations Leader to join our team at ACS International Schools. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will lead the development and management of campus facilities to meet the organisation's current and future needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned facilities professional to drive excellence in customer-focused services, working closely with faculties and departments to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and best value practice.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in leading facilities teams and managing large estates, including grounds.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience of managing significant budgets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to represent ACS externally and interface with internal stakeholders.
* Proven track record of project managing complex developments, with values exceeding £1m.

The successful candidate will earn approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
