We are an 8-bedroom residential service located in the village of Mochdre - Llandudno Junction, supporting adults between the ages of 18-65. We Support individuals with a range of needs including mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities & autism.
What you’ll be doing:
10. Shifts are between 8am and 8pm and you will have a willingness to cover waking nights shifts (annual leave/sickness).
11. Supporting our residents with their activities and interests both within the service and out in the community.
12. Limited personal care – more prompting.

16. You will be willing to take part in the chosen activities and likes of the people we support.
17. Flexible and able to cover the required shifts.
