Our team in UK1 currently has a vacancy for a Sales Support Agent on the 12 noon—8pm shift.
The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, research and resolve issues, and research orders. This is an ideal role for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys variation and working proactively to resolve issues while managing challenging situations and multiple priorities.
Due to the nature of the role, our successful candidate will be required to lift objects and transport trolleys for stock inventory purposes.
Responsibilities
* Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems, and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting, and stock rotation).
* Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, including various key performance metrics.
* Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
* Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
* Other duties as assigned.
