Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders. You will design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure seamless and coordinated patient care. Your responsibilities will also include training and supervising junior staff, participating in clinical audits, and engaging in ongoing professional development to uphold high standards of practice. Efficiently managing your caseload, maintaining accurate patient records, and adhering to NHS policies and guidelines will be essential to delivering a high-quality service. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy HCPC registration Specialist clinical training in relevant areas Minimum of 2 years' experience with communication and swallowing disorders Experience in audit and research Knowledge of Clinical Governance Leadership and supervision skills Enhanced DBS check Why Work with Pulse?
