Act as a Customer Marketing and Trade Marketing Professional to execute trade marketing activities for a set of brands. Oversee annual brand strategy implementation, manage budgets, and assess brand activations against KPIs and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Activations: Implement brand activations aligned with global guidelines and local market needs. Communicate with Global Brand Management teams for approvals.
2. Project Execution: Manage brand initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with global and commercial teams. Monitor budgets and report on spending.
3. Budget Management: Monitor and manage brand budgets, propose corrective actions, and assess ROI of brand projects.
4. Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant brand activations.
5. Competitor Analysis: Maintain and analyze market information from competitors, sharing insights with internal teams.
6. In-store Materials Management: Ensure proper allocation and utilization of POP materials, develop local materials as needed, and manage inventory.
7. Trade Events: Support trade shows and sales events, including in-person attendance and training opportunities.

8. Alignment and implementation of brand trade marketing guidelines.
9. Monitoring and management of BTL (Below The Line) budget.
10. Development and execution of local special projects.
11. Reporting on brand trade marketing initiatives with a focus on sales results.
