Our Commercial Product Management team plays a critical role in driving growth, profitability and market competitiveness by balancing customer needs with financial objectives while navigating competitive and regulatory pressures. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to define a clear and robust pricing strategy, review and share market trends, assess & recommend innovative pricing and packaging on both new and existing products. The Sr Commercial Product Manager plays a key governance role to ensure we can remain competitive and will be our commercial gatekeeper and the lead on our pricing strategy. Youll be highly visible to Tungsten Automation leadership including the companys COO, CTO, CFO and CEO and as such your working hours will align with our US Territory, with non-standard contractual daily hours of 2pm 10.30pm. About the role The Sr Commercial Product Manager is responsible for the competitive analysis, research, data, and innovative packaging to grow ARR. You will be responsible for understanding the value of our current offerings and maximizing new and existing ACV to help grow Tungsten Automation Corporation recurring revenue business. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing and packaging for new offerings that come to market (new product tiers, data offerings, etc.) as well as updating pricing for existing products. Key Responsibilities Develop a cohesive company-level approach to pricing & packaging, including overall portfolio design and segment-specific pricing strategies. Accelerate revenue growth through the end-to-end ideation and execution of product monetization strategies across a product portfolio. Conduct customer research and collecting customer insights to inform product pricing and packaging strategies, including bundling. Analyze data (e.g., usage, transaction, customer data) to inform key business trends and strategic decisioning at the executive level. Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Finance, BizOps and GTM teams to bring products to market that are aligned with pricing and packaging long-term strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine pricing strategy over time including setting annual pricing strategy and facilitating quarterly pricing updates. Design & lead qualitative and quantitative sales and customer research to test strategy hypothesis on pricing & packaging. Conduct market research on competitors in similar and adjacent markets to inform pricing and packaging strategy. Persuasively communicate your findings and recommendations to all levels of management through clear presentations and mastery of the qualitative factors that complement your analyses. Define and lead initiatives to simplify and improve pricing structure for Sales, Partners, and Customers. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred. 7-10 years of pricing or related experience. 7-10 years of B2B software pricing experience (SaaS pricing preferred). 7-10 years of software technology company experience or management consulting experience. Experience managing and running concurrent projects with complex stakeholder dynamics with desire to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Proven track record of working and excelling in high-pressure environments. Demonstrated ability to drive own work with minimal supervision. Prior management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, pricing/product strategy, or product management experience. Required Knowledge and Skills Understanding of SaaS pricing models. Ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with and influence the decisions of different levels of management. Intellectually curious, creative strategic business thinker who loves to tackle complex challenges. Executive presence, public speaking, deep critical thinking and ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex topics in easy-to-understand term.
