As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Admin Assistant (Finance & Sales Support) to support our day-to-day operations.
Position Overview:
As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our main office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including:
* Responsible for company correspondence, including phone calls, letters, and packages (both outbound and inbound).
* Support Credit Control & Purchase Ledger with data entry.
* Holiday cover for Sales Order Processing and Accounts Sales & Purchase Ledger.
* Management of the reception area, including welcoming visitors on site.
* Maintaining the general enquiries email inbox ensuring all queries go to the relevant department.
* Sample cupboard replenishment and management of the office supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage - training will be given).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
