The Specialist Medicine Division is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Band 3 Administration Assistant to support the delivery of Sexual Health and HIV services provided by All East Service, The successful applicant will be responsible for providing reception & administration support.
This is an exciting and important role within the service. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service and will need to have experience of working at reception, clerical and administrative skills preferably within a healthcare environment. A working knowledge and experience of using an appointment system would be an advantage.
You will be a team-player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have an excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to duties. You will be friendly and helpful, and able to prioritise and organise your own workload. You need to be comfortable working in an ever changing environment and be able to retain your focus on providing an excellent service to patients, staff and external stakeholders.

To provide professional receptionist support to the Trust’s clinics ensuring the provision of an excellent “front of house” service. In conjunction with the medical and nursing team provide seamless outpatient care for The Trust’s patients ensuring that all patients, relatives and visitors to the Department are dealt with in a courteous manner at all times.
The post holder will be expected to rotate to various clinic areas.
