We’re working with a boutique, specialist planning consultancy with an outstanding reputation across the UK private sector. They operate in a range of sectors including retail, healthcare, and education - offering a well-rounded and dynamic portfolio of projects. This is a rare opportunity to join as an Associate Director or Director, based out of their central Manchester office on a hybrid basis with flexible working hours.
The Role:
This is a strategic, leadership-focused position - ideal for someone looking to take a step up into a non-corporate setting with autonomy and excellent growth potential. You’ll play a key role in working on multiple projects at the same time, driving business growth, shaping the future of the consultancy and gaining equity within 12 months.
What we’re Looking For:
An established Planner in the private sector
Strong client-facing and business development capabilities
Confident across a variety of sectors (flexible)
Technically competent from feasibility to approval
Experienced in managing and mentoring junior planners
Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
A portable private sector client base with healthy annual invoicing
