Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Negotiator - Kenilworth - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience (Full or Part Time)
My client is a leading and award-winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with a well-established presence in the Warwickshire area. They are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor or conveyancer to join their busy team based in Kenilworth.
The Estate Agent Sales Progressor will manage the end sales process, from offer acceptance to exchange and completion. Key skills include problem-solving, quick thinking, rapport building, and experience dealing with sale advice, survey issues, and chain management. Responsibilities include liaising with estate agents, mortgage advisors, solicitors, and providing timely updates to all parties involved.
Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:
* Processing and progressing all sales to completion
* Coordinating with estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors
* Providing accurate updates on sale/purchase progress
* Possessing estate agency sales progressor or conveyancing experience
* Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrating problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Prioritizing and managing a diverse caseload with attention to detail
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Part-time options (3 full days) are considered.
