The Role
Wealthify is ambitious with it’s growth plans and is looking for a Pensions specialist to help us to do that. The team is currently going through a lot of change, resulting in introducing new products and processes whilst also streamlining the ones already in place. We are looking for somebody to help us in our journey in delivering the best possible service to our customers whilst helping existing teammates. The Pension’s team is part of a wider operational team and so there will be opportunity to cross train as you grow in the business. Key expectations of your day-to-day role are listed below:
* Service and communicate with customers and third parties to ensure a smooth Pension’s journey for both new and existing customers
* Manage any controls and risks presented on a daily basis
* Work with our customer care team to service any customer queries
* Work with third party providers
* Be aware of and work to company and industry SLA’s
What we’re looking for

* Experience in a similar operational role within financial services
* Experience and knowledge of Pension administration. Transfers and/or Drawdown rules and guidelines experience would be beneficial
* Someone who is not afraid to challenge processes and suggest improvements
* A well organised individual who can juggle priorities
* Confidence when speaking to internal or external customers
* A “can do” attitude and willing to learn

* £27,000 - £30,000
* 24 days' holiday a year, plus bank holidays (you’ll earn an extra day holiday for each full year you’re with us, up to 28 days).
