Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their Central Overheads team in Luton on a 6 month contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Manage overhead costs for key business areas such as Finance, Insurance, Legal, and Group Markets Act as the primary finance contact for the Workday optimisation project Steer strategic and annual planning for overhead costs Create budgets, forecasts, and detailed monthly reports Lead cost-saving initiatives and evaluate business cases Provide insights on potential financial risks and opportunities Maintain and enhance relationships with different business functions Guide junior team members to achieve financial targets Job Requirements: Full qualification in finance or a related field Prior experience using Workday is advantageous Experience with overhead processes in a large company Strong analytical abilities, particularly in variance analysis Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders Proficiency in Excel, including macros; familiarity with TM1 is an advantage Proactive and solution-focused attitude If you are an experienced Finance Manager with a knack for financial strategy and collaboration, we invite you to apply now
