General Manager - Leading Children's Movement & Development Gym Shepherd's Bush, London (W12) £35-40k basic salary with attractive bonus and incentive scheme This role can be available for an immediate start for the right candidate We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join one of the world's leading brands in the child development sector at their location within the Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherd's Bush, where you will work directly alongside the franchise owner to oversee the day-to-day running of the business. The General Manager would benefit from having experience in a similar leadership role overseeing the end-to-end operations of a premium gymnastics/activity venue and have ambitions to develop their own career and have a significant impact on the business. You will work closely with the company owner and leadership team to support the overall running of the venue, with a specific focus on growth and retention of customers, P&L and finances, operations, sales, customer experience, planning, and marketing/social media. You will also work with central and external stakeholder departments and organisations, including their UK and Europe Head Office team. The role also involves 8-10 hours of your weekly schedule to be dedicated to delivering various classes, which are focused on improving understanding and safety with new parents so some knowledge and experience in teaching/coaching is ideal, and any experience in gymnastics would be advantageous.
