More detail about the role As the MSK Professional Lead, you will be responsible for: Providing clinical leadership and professional guidance to MSK teams across the Royal Devon University Hospitals Trust footprint. Leading service improvements and ensuring high standards of patient care. Developing and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance MSK services. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, local healthcare providers, and external stakeholders. Supporting workforce development through training, supervision, and mentorship. About You: To succeed in this role, you should have: A Physiotherapy degree and evidence of study to Masters level (or equivalent experience) HCPC registration. Extensive experience in MSK clinical practice and leadership. A passion for service development and improving patient outcomes. Strong communication and leadership skills.
