German Speaking Customer Account Co-ordinator
Bilingual - German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Rugby
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
There will be the option to work from home 1 x day per week after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with large corporate clients (Germany and the UK) over the telephone and via email.
2. Liaising with clients utilising your German.
3. Processing customer orders in a quick and efficient manner, working to meet deadlines.
4. Liaising with Account Managers, Accounts and other Internal departments to aid customer queries.
5. Producing Freight Forwarding and Customs documentation for the Shipping Team.
6. Producing quotes for existing and new business.
7. Any other related duties as required.
Skills required:
1. Fluent German and excellent English.
2. Educated to “A” Level or equivalent.
3. Strong administrative and sales administration skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Working knowledge of Excel.
6. ERP systems skills advantageous.
7. Ability to work in a team to meet deadlines and Internal KPI’s.
Hours of work: 8.30 am – 5.00pm
