A warehouse client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position (with the potential to go permanent) working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying £11.44 per hour.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Responding to queries via email and telephone.
Controlling third party customers stock and orders.
Updating information into the internal database.
Scanning, filing, and archiving.
Maintain and order office supplies when required.
Additional ad hoc admin duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator role:
Strong communication skills.
Good computer skills and some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) plus accuracy and good numeracy skills are required.
Working as a member of small team in the office.
Admin and Secretarial experience desirable.* Due to the location of this role, you must be able to drive and have your own car.
