Avenue are urgently seeking a part-time accounts assistant for a well-established Fife-based client on an initial temporary contract which may lead to permanent after 3 months.
Duties will include:
* Preparing proformas, quotations, and invoices
* Liaising with clients
* Answering incoming calls
Requirements:
* Good numerical skills
* Excel and Word literate
* Professional telephone manner
* Previous experience of XERO accounting would be an advantage
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm.
