Job Description Location: EiBs Bid Hubs are in central Birmingham and Edinburgh. The role will involve: Evaluating the opportunity Leading and developing bid launch and related workshops including supporting development of win themes and USPs Programme planning and management Relationship management across client bid team and key contributors in the client team Providing challenge at key stages of process Managing the EiB and/or Client bid writing team The provision of hands-on support to develop and craft each clients submission including the development of answer plans and storyboards as well as bid writing and editing The production and delivery of a compelling, winning tender Post submission evaluation and lessons learnt Providing additional support, mentoring and coaching to our clients staff, with an emphasis on skill transfer and competence development. About you Ideally you will: Be degree educated and have professional qualifications or equivalent in a relevant discipline and with professional membership in APMP or similar Have direct experience in a bid management capacity in a similar environment Have supported your company/clients in the strategic development of technical quality submissions and be adept at building high performing teams Be confident and assertive to capture information and detail from the most protective of technical specialists Have a track record of building lasting client relationships and be capable of providing support to strong, motivated teams.
