MCS Group is looking for an IT Support Analyst to specialise in User Administration for a global Legal Services client. As IT Support Analyst, you will provide an excellent level of customer service to the legal professionals across the business, and ensure User Accounts are correctly set up, with correct permissions and levels of access, across systems used within the firm. This is the perfect opportunity for an IT Support Analyst or Service Desk Analyst who is looking for a long-term contract, and an opportunity to really build upon their IT Support skill set. The Role You will set up, amend, delete, and administer accounts for company employees across a number of systems, including Active Directory, M365, Exchange on-prem and Online, Citrix and PeopleSoft. You will always work with security in mind, being forward thinking and considering the potential outcomes of decisions, and working to promote compliance with security policies. The post holder will also handle any support calls that arise from application software or operating system registration. The successful candidate will undertake regular system housekeeping, ensuring redundant active accounts are not posing any risk to the business. You will work to agreed SLAs, and strive to achieve positive feedback from you internal customers. This role will require in-office working in Belfast, with shifts on a rotational basis between core hours of 8am and 6pm (e.g. 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.30am - 6.00pm) so flexibility with scheduling is required. The Requirement Previous experience in a technical environment is essential. Ideally, you will have knowledge of some of the following systems: Active Directory, Entra, Exchange on-prem and online, MS365, iManage, PeopleSoft and PowerShell scripting. You will have excellent communication skills with a working knowledge in the provision of user support. You will have excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of IT Security protocols and best practice. Duration: 12 month FTC Salary: £27,000 Hybrid: On-site working in Belfast each week is required.
