Create written and visual digital content as directed through digital work plans Delivery of specific content to support digital products, for example, digital referral forms. Take responsibility for approving and overseeing web content, animation and film scripts developed by wider team, streamlining and finalising in preparation for final sign-off. Deliver in-person and online multi-agency sessions to understand content requirements and translate this into deliverable web and digital content. Development and delivery of training programmes, workshops and events that will support staff and wider audiences to be competent and confident with digitalisation and support future innovation. Support the management of all trust-wide content management systems (CMS) ensuring sites are monitored and updated. To support and manage workflow and allocation of digital content delivery, monitoring progress and working to tight deadlines. To support delivery of robust governance of allocation, creation and review of digital content. Work with the Coproduction Leads to ensure that service users are included in the design and development of services which will support their individual access and improve long-term outcomes.
