Role overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our UK Brand Team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will champion our fantastic brands, developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive consumer engagement and business growth. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
1. Act as a brand champion, working with the UK Brand Team to develop and deploy annual brand plans.
2. Create exciting local marketing plans and deliver best in class shopper marketing.
3. Budget management - Be a sharp operator with a founder's mentality to manage brand budgets efficiently, not accepting waste and unnecessary spending.
4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to design and implement a cohesive approach for key marketing initiatives that will drive results in retail and ecommerce that ladders up to the brand’s overall strategy.
5. Work closely with Commercial Sales team on account specific strategies, presentations and the execution of display and distribution targets.
6. Build relationships with customers to deliver sales driving shopper marketing.
7. Embrace the consumer, collaborating with the insights and research teams to uncover and analyse consumer insights to drive brand growth.
8. Responsible for local market packaging adaptations and coordination.
9. Co-ordinate events alongside wider business functions.
10. Involvement in planning of social and digital content.
11. Assist with NPD planning and product launches.
12. Assist with creation of branded merchandise, sample boxes and distribution.

Person Specification
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience, FMCG sector experience advantageous.
2. Working knowledge of marketing plan development and execution.
3. Excellent verbal, interpersonal skills and communicator. A keen eye for detail, a multi-tasker. A team player with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads.
